Amigurumi whale free pattern

A free pattern to crochet a cute crochet whale that would make a perfect gift for any fan of the deep blue sea. The finished amigurumi whale is about 11 cm (4.3″) length, if you use the same supplies.

Materials:

• Yarn: YarnArt Jeans (#14 – blue, #17 – navy blue, #03 – milk, #51 – red, #36 – pink)
• Hook size: 2.5 mm
• Black embroidery floss for eyes and mouth
• Sewing needle and scissors
• Fiberfill

Abbreviations:

mc = magic circle (magic ring)
ch = chain

sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
DC = double crochet
TR = treble crochet
inc = 2 sc in the next stitch
dec = single crochet 2 stitches together
