Amigurumi snake free pattern
Looking for a free amigurumi pattern that is fun, fast, and easy? Here is a cute snake crochet pattern made with plush yarn. The size of finished toy is 110 cm long and about 4 cm in diameter.

- 12 mm safety eyes
- Sewing needle and scissors

dec = single crochet 2 stitches together

How much bulky yarn was used?
How many stitchs away are the eyes???
I used an empty egg and put some rice in it. That way if makes the tail “ rattle “
How much yarn do you need to make?
about 60 meters of each color yarn, so half of the recommended yarn ball of each color
Mine does not look like the picture at all. Obviously mine isn’t as neat but the head turned out really bad and I followed the directions perfectly.

Io l’ho fatto e mi è uscito uguale. Per infossare gli occhi basta fare passare il filo da un lato all’altro degli occhi in entrambe gli occhi e tirare bene facendo così si infossano.
Dentro ci hai messo qualcosa x farlo suonare tipo cobra?
This turned out so cute! But I accidentally used the wrong hook and yarn and hook size so it ended up over 6 feet long.

this pattern is okay, they do need to add eye placement, how to shape the face ect. For those who are wondering about eye placement…place eyes between rounds 7 & 8 with 7 sts apart, with the same color yarn shape the face by inserting a darning needle from the middle of the bottom count 6 rounds and insert the needle under the outside of the eye and insert it and bring the needle back down and do it again but go on the inside on the eye and bring the needle back down and pull the string tight so that the eye goes inward and if its still not enough do the same thing to the top of the eye and do the other eye the same way once you are done tie a knot and hide the yarn inside the snake. Hope this helps everyone.
Hi, i don’t have access to chunky yarn, can this be made with worsted acrylic?
I used a fluffy velvet yarn and it worked but I think it would work
lol this is cute i made two of them for my cousin and my brother for Christmas but it takes so long to make one it is worth it to see their smiles
Can I double the pattern and make it twice the size?
How long is the snake?
Mine ended up around 3.5 feet but you can make it as long as you want. I would’ve made mine a lot longer but it was a gift and I ran out of time lol.
